How to Build an MSP Website That Sells with Video

If you’re an MSP who’s never created a video before, your website is the best place to start.

As Jordy Starling from _Neural Impact_ explains, your website should guide visitors just like a sales conversation would — and video is the most effective way to do it.

Here’s the roadmap he recommends:

1. Start with a homepage video.
Tell viewers who you are, the problems you solve, and what makes you different. Keep it short, authentic, and focused on the buyer’s needs.
2. Add videos to your solution pages.
When visitors click into a specific service or product, include a video explaining why your MSP is the best choice for that solution. This is your chance to speak directly to their challenges and show your understanding of their world.
3. Use case studies as proof.
Show real examples of how you’ve solved client problems. Social proof builds trust faster than any claim you could make.
4. Create short, problem-focused demos.
Instead of long product overviews, record quick clips showing how you solve one specific issue. These bite-sized demos are easier to watch and make your value instantly clear.

Your website should _feel_ like working with you not just reading about you. By adding video in the right places, you create a guided experience that connects emotionally and builds confidence.

When visitors can see and hear your story, they’re more likely to believe in it.

Is your website showing buyers who you really are, or just telling them?
